More about residual levies

ACC payment

This rate was $0.19 (GST exclusive) for each $100 of gross leviable earnings.

This payment covered the period 1 April 2009 to 31 March 2010.

We have calculated this amount using the gross taxable earnings for the tax year (1 April 2008 to 31 March 2009) plus 2.5 per cent as a labour cost index. This was to cover any salary or wage increases in the period.

Wash-up adjustment on previous rates

This rate was $0.02 (GST exclusive) for each $100 of gross leviable earnings.

This payment covered the difference between the actual gross taxable earnings for the tax year (1 April 2008 to 31 March 2009) and what ACC predicted for the 2008 levies.
