Pay centres cannot direct credit pay to:

• credit card numbers
• money machine card numbers
• overseas bank accounts.

Pay centres can direct credit an employee’s pay to a maximum of three bank accounts.

Keep a record of employees’ bank account details

For each bank account an employee's pay is direct credited to, keep a copy of their bank deposit slip (or a bank communication that clearly shows their bank account number) for your records.
