Datacom - Education Service Payroll Centre (ESPC)

The ESPC provides the:

• payroll service, where each school is assigned a payroll officer to manage its pay transactions
• computer system that processes the pays
• salary assessment service for teachers.

The ESPC manages the payroll service from:

• three pay centres:
  - Education Payroll Wellington (PayServe)
  - Education Payroll Christchurch (sub-contracted to School Support)
  - Education Payroll Auckland (sub-contracted to Multi Serve)
• the Salary Assessment Unit (sub-contracted to School Support)
