Third-party output file specification change for e-Reliever

This page tells you how to change the e-Reliever output files to include the job number.

Use this if you are a company that provides a third-party system to generate e-Relief files for schools.

1. Add code to append Job Number at the end of each Non Teaching Leave record. The 2 digit Job Number is to be appended at the end of Leave Transactions at position 203-204. The rest of the Leave transaction stays as it is currently. Teaching Leave entries should remain unchanged.
2. Change the name of the file created to the structure
   (4 digit) ‘school_number’, (word) ‘output’, (date) ‘ddmmyyyy’, (save number) ‘number’
