The Support Staff Increment Report is
This means that it may not list each support staff employee your school.
The first report for 2011 produced in pp2322 also included employees who had been on the same grade and step for more than 12 months.
If your school has support staff who have been on the same grade and step for 12 months you will receive a report on the Monday evening before pay day:
If your school grants an increment to an employee on the report, an increment report will not be produced in the pay period in which the increment is processed.
The report is based on information recorded in the payroll as received from your school. Please correct any discrepancies on the report, sign it and send it to your pay centre to update its records.
There may be a delay in updating the information held in the payroll system at the beginning of each new school year due to the Start of Year processing. This means that you may continue to receive the same report until the entry is processed in the payroll system.
If your school grants an increment you will need to complete the report, sign it and send it to your pay centre. Your approval is required before any salary progression can be made.
Your pay centre will action your instructions from this report, you will not need to complete an ESP22nt for each employee.
