Get used to working online and save time

i-paydata will help you get used to working online with your payroll information before you move to the future online service in 2010.

i-paydata will reduce the time you spend on your payroll work. This is because the system pre-populates fields as you enter and select data.

Use i-paydata for these payroll tasks

You can:

• change your employees' pay and personal details
• end an employee's job when they resign or their position ends
• record leave
• pay relief teachers
• pay extra fortnightly hours worked by part-time teaching staff who are not relievers
• pay one-off allowances due, to teaching staff
• pay support staff, caretakers, cleaners, canteen workers or groundstaff on timesheet
• pay out-of-hours music or art staff.
