Staff usage and expenditure (SUE) report

The staff usage and expenditure (SUE) report is the official payroll report your pay centre sends you that:

• forms part of your school's accounting records
• shows details of employees at your school who have been paid in a pay period.

The report contains five sections. These are the:

• staff usage and expenditure report
• year-to-date funding indicators' summary
• reversals, overpayment and advice pays
• direct debit
• banking staffing report.
