Use current forms for your payroll instructions

This is so your pay centre receives clear instructions that are consistent and complete.

Current forms are:

  • forms on this website, at the time you complete your instruction
  • electronic forms - for example e-Reliever - that you have signed up to use for your payroll instructions.

Get changes to your own pay signed off

You must not authorise changes to your own pay.

If you are a payroll administrator and you are sending in changes to your own pay, get your principal to authorise these.

If you are the principal and you are sending in changes to your own pay, get the school’s authorised board representative to authorise these.

The exceptions to this rule are:

  • You may make changes to your personal details.
  • If you are on authorised email, you may email any of your own pay changes to your pay centre.
