Use this form to:
- sign-up to receive your school's reports for e-SUE, e-Leave, and e-Increments (for your teachers)
- change the payroll administrator who receives reports for e-SUE, e-Leave and e-Increments.
What you will need to complete the form
You will need:
- the name and email address of each payroll administrator who is to receive your school's reports for e-SUE, e-Leave and e-Increments
- your school's elected password for this electronic service.
