Associate Teacher Allowance Forms	Training Providers can contact the ESPC Service Desk on 0800 733 772 (8.30am-5pm) or email espchlpdsk@payroll-serv.co.nz to request the appropriate form. All associate teacher allowance payments can only be made by an approved training provider. Paycentres cannot accept this instruction from a school.
