You will receive your ACC Annual Levy Invoice with your pp2312 SUE Report.

Make sure you have enough money in your bank account for this deduction.

Change in pay period numbering

The current pay period numbering (ie. 19xx) will be changed to a new numbering scheme (ie. 23xx).

Look out for the change from pay period 2312 (formerly 1912) on 25 August 2010.

Where you will see this change

  • In your SUE Report in the headings of the SUE report and the Year to Date Funding Indicator Summary Report
  • e-Payslips - will show new numbering, ie. 23xx.
  • If you use i-paydata it will be displayed on the screen and on the reports

There will be no change to the paper payslips.

If you use e-Reliever, you will see no change and the numbering 19xx will remain.
