Christchurch pay centre is operational.

The Christchurch pay centre is operational but due to the extreme weather conditions Datacom and the Ministry are continuing to monitor the situation.

Education Payroll Auckland (Multiserve) is now operational

Education Payroll Auckland (Multiserve) is now operational and all power has been restored. Faxes can now be received by the pay centre.

Secondary and Area Principals' Career Allowance

To receive the Principals’ Career Allowance payment, a principal must be either a member of the New Zealand Post Primary Teachers’ Association (PPTA), a member of the New Zealand Education Institute Te Riu Roa (NZEI) or have signed an Individual Employment Agreement (IEA) based on the current collective agreement.

When a new IEA has been signed, please advise your pay centre by completing an Individual Employment Agreement Pay Change Form for Teaching Staff ESP22t Form.

Error in Groundstaff and Caretakers/Cleaners Circular

There is an error in the Groundstaff 2011-18 Circular and the Caretakers/Cleaners 2011-17 Circular. The correct date for payment of the collective agreement increases is 7 September, pay period 2412.
