Annualisation form error

We have just received advice that the day after Boxing Day is an additional paid holiday for administrative staff.

This means that annualisation calculations will be wrong if you have:

  • already completed next year’s annualisation forms for administrative staff, or
  • saved a blank copy of next year’s annualisation form to your computer.

This is because we did not include the day after Boxing Day as an additional paid holiday.

You need to:

  • use the 2009 Annualisation Agreement Form for Support Staff ESP23nt (v3.1 November 2008) for next year’s annualised employees. It is the correct version
  • delete the blank copy of the (v3 October 2008) form if you have saved it to your computer
  • complete another form for your administrative staff if your pay centre returns any form to you

We are sorry for this mistake.
