All forms updated 15 July

We've updated all forms and there are changes that'll help you:

  • Excel is now the file format for all forms. This means file sizes are smaller and downloading is faster.
  • Useful links to webpages are added to help you find the information you need to complete the form.
  • Validation fields and tips are included. You’ll know if you haven’t completed some fields correctly.
  • Drop-down lists for some fields have been added.
  • Less tabbing is needed. For example, now you don’t have to tab to complete an MoE number or bank account.

Remember to:

  • use the updated forms from 15 July
  • electronically bookmark the new forms now
  • throw out blank copies of hardcopy forms
  • delete blank forms saved to your computer.

Non-teaching staff - part-time, full-time, weekly hours

In late-July you may be asked if some of your non-teaching staff are part-time or full-time, and what their weekly hours are. This is to make sure your employees are receiving their correct pay.
