The updated forms are now uploaded.

Updated forms will be uploaded after 5pm today

The updated forms will be uploaded after 5pm today in readiness for pay period 1910.

Please continue to use the current forms on the website until then.

Annual forms review completed

The annual forms review is now complete. Whilst all forms had minor changes made to them for consistency only 9 forms resulted in a change in version number.

The forms that resulted in a change in version number are:

  • ESP1nt
  • ESP1t
  • ESP2nt
  • ESP3
  • ESP12
  • ESP16t
  • ESP26
  • ESP27
  • ESP28t

Key changes made to the forms:

  • New fields added to four of the forms – ESP1nt, ESP1t, ESP2nt and ESP16t
  • Deduction Fee information added to ESP3
  • Removal of “$ Value of HDA” column from ESP28t
  • Modified bank account fields to show a separate box for each number
  • Unnecessary requirements removed.

Why we’ve made changes to the forms:

  • Feedback received from you and your pay centre
  • Made it easier to collect information we need to get ready for Novopay
  • Making your job easier by removing unnecessary requirements (eg. no longer need certified copies of IR23)
  • Fields that our auditors and the Secretary of Education have asked us to add.

Remember to:

  • Always use the forms on the website
  • Electronically bookmark the new forms now
  • Throw out blank copies of hardcopy forms
  • Delete blank forms saved to your computer.

Updated forms effective pay period 1910

We are currently reviewing all forms based on feedback we have received. The updated forms will be uploaded mid July.
