Forms: new version coming
We’re making changes to all forms. Changes will include:
- things you’ve suggested that’ll help you, like increasing font-size and adding in extra text, so they are easier to read and understand
- adding in post codes to save you time when you post your forms
- information that we need as we get ready for Novopay
- fields that our auditors and the Secretary for Education have asked us to add.
We’ll tell you more about this in early June.

Forms – use the new version from 4 May
Use the updated:
- New Appointment Form for Non-Teaching Staff ESP1nt
- Pay Details Change Form for Non-Teaching Staff ESP2nt
- Annual Increment/Individual Employment Agreement Pay Change Form for Non-Teaching Staff ESP22nt.
We’ve updated these forms because we need employment status information from now on.
