Use this form to annualise the pay of your support staff for the 2012 school year.

We have moved forward the closedown date for pay period 2416 because of Labour Day. The closedown for authorised email and fax instructions for pay period 2416 was 5pm Friday 21 October 2011.

2011 Banking Staffing

Schools should be managing their banking staffing to finish the 2011 banking staffing year (pay period 2422) with a zero balance.

To request a retrospective costing or Ministry adjustment use the Request for Banking Staffing Adjustment Form available on the forms page of this website. Go to the Request-for-Banking-Staffing-Adjustments page.

We must receive your application by 1 November 2011.
