This part of your staff usage and expenditure report shows employees that payroll processed reversals, overpayments and manual pays for.

How to check this part of the report

Refer these back to the pay period in which these occurred. For example, if you are looking at a reversal that relates to pay period 1703:

  • find your report for pay period 1703
  • write on this report the pay period that the reversal happened.
