This part of your staff usage and expenditure report shows the total gross payroll costs for each pay period in the school year.

How to check this part of your report

  1. Add together the operation grant (your bulk grant) and other funds for this pay period. This is the amount that payroll will take from your school's bank account.
  2. Make sure you have enough money in your school's bank account to cover this amount.
